joshua Brown

Joshua is a graduate of The Independent Theatre Workshop where he completed his Singing and Speech & Drama Grades with Distinction. He was winner of the overall Leinster School of Music and Drama Excellence Award 2016 and Senior Shakespeare Cup in the SDTI Festival 2017.

Alongside his drama education, Joshua performed in several productions both on stage, and in film and television. 

Joshua has a strong passion for directing and has directed several productions such as Cabaret and The Rocky Horror Picture show, also assistant directing other productions such as Once Upon a Mattress and Once on this Island. 

Joshua is in the process of finishing his BA in Animation at the National Film School, and hopes to Develop, write and direct Children’s television shows in the future. 

Joshua’s goals when teaching drama is to encourage students to develop their creative abilities in scriptwriting, narrative storytelling and stage direction (as well as having a lot of fun!)
