We’re thrilled to invite you to the Sean O’Casey Theatre for an unforgettable night of Shakespeare! Our Shakespeare Company will present A Comedy of Errors, followed by scenes from Romeo and Juliet and A Midsummer Night's Dream. In addition, our Young Dramatics Arts Company will showcase their rendition of King Lear.
The festival will conclude by 8:15pm, with an intermission included. Food and beverages will be available on-site!!!

Tickets available: including booking fee:
Premium Tickets - €25 ( best seats in the house! Includes a program and a glass of wine during the intermission)
Regular Tickets - €20 (General seating towards the side and rear of the theatre)
Student Tickets - €15 (For ITW Students in the front row of the theatre)

A Comedy of Errors
In this hilarious tale of mistaken identity, two sets of identical twins, separated at birth, find themselves in the same city, leading to a series of comical misunderstandings and confusions. As the characters navigate love, jealousy, and the chaos of their intertwined lives, the resulting mayhem provides an entertaining exploration of identity and family.
Romeo and Juliet
This timeless tragedy tells the story of two young lovers from feuding families in Verona. Their passionate romance defies their families' hatred, leading to secret marriages, tragic misunderstandings, and ultimately, heartbreak. The play explores themes of love, fate, and the consequences of family conflict, leaving a lasting impression on audiences for centuries.
A Midsummer Night's Dream
A whimsical journey through love and magic unfolds in a forest filled with mischievous fairies and enchanted beings. As four lovers find themselves in a tangled web of romantic confusion, and a group of amateur actors rehearses a play, the line between reality and fantasy blurs, leading to hilarious and poignant moments that examine the nature of love and dreams.
King Lear
In this powerful tragedy, King Lear's decision to divide his kingdom among his three daughters based on their flattery leads to devastating consequences. As betrayal, madness, and familial strife unfold, Lear grapples with the consequences of his actions and the complexities of loyalty and love. This poignant tale serves as a profound exploration of human nature and the bonds that tie us.
